Shipping and delivery
Q: Which shipping company do you use?
A: Our pharmacy mall uses the services of Regular Airmail and Express Courier. The latter is currently only available for the US customers. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent from our warehouse so you can track your order through until the delivery. Our services will keep you worry-free during the entire shopping experience with us. You can opt for automatic refills or get subscribed to our newsletters in order to stay updated on the best offers and not to miss really great markdowns and discounts. Q: When can I receive my order?
A: Delivery always takes place as stipulated in Delivery Terms. You will have your order delivered within 21 days longest if you choose Regular Airmail delivery, but most often such orders arrive within 10 days after receiving the shipping confirmation. Express Courier delivery via USPS takes between 8 and 14 days, but it is currently only available to US customers. You can track your order via USPS service with Express Courier.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your product has left our facility. From this point your product is only 8-21 days (depending on the shipping method chosen) from arriving at your home or office.
Please note that orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays).

Q: What is the estimated time of delivery?
A: The estimated time of delivery depends on the chosen shipping method. Regular Airmail delivery takes between 10 and 21 days, while Express Courier orders are delivered within the timeframe of 8 to 14 days. Mind that the latter delivers only to the USA.
Q: Do you deliver outside of Canada?
A: Yes, we ship internationally. See if your countries is on the list of destinations that we ship to when filling in your personal details.
Q: How is my order packed?
A: We send every order discreetly packed in an unmarked envelope, so that your right to privacy and anonymity is respected in every minute detail. No one, including delivery courier, will know what is contained in your parcel. This is the ultimate protection of your health information.
Q: What is the order is delayed?
A: Contact us immediately and let us know that your order is delayed, and we will investigate the matter. In case your order is lost but insured, it will be reimbursed or reshipped.

Q: How do I subscribe to / unsubscribe from Canadian Pharmacy newsletters?
A: You can opt out from receiving our newsletters when creating an account with our pharmacy. If you change your mind about your subscription at some point in time, you can subscribe or unsubscribe using your personal account settings. Use unsubscribe link to stop receiving our newsletters.
Q: What is your spam policy?
A: Canadian Health&Care Mall respects the privacy of its customers, and sees no point in resorting to spam soliciting. You can subscribe to our newsletters in order to receive information about discounts, special offers and loyalty program bonuses, but you will not be getting any junk emails from us.
Q: I am not subscribed to your newsletters, but still I receive spam messages from Canadian Pharmacy. How can I stop it?
A: See the information about Spam Policy above. Canadian Health&Care Mall does not send unwanted emails. In case you receive those from us, relate to the problem in a message to our customer support, including the details of your case, and copying the text of the spam email. We will check if your address is on our mailing list. If it is not, the alternative recommendation would be to never follow the unsubscribe links contained in emails coming from suspicious senders.
